Study of the Book of Hebrews Chapter 6 (APOSTASY) Bible Study
[Note to Blog Readers :Expositor’s Notes are in Bold Italic Font]

We are going to start Bible study a little different this week. We are going to start with the reading from the Word of God. Lets get started.

Hebrews 6:1-20 (KJV)
APOSTASY
1 Therefore leaving the Principles of the Doctrine of Christ (speaks of the “first principles,” which refers to the Old Testament; Christ is the Centerpiece of the entirety of the Bible), let us go on unto perfection (speaks of the New Testament Sacrifice, the Lord Jesus, and the Testament He inaugurated with His Work on the Cross); not laying again the Foundation of Repentance from dead works (refers to these Jewish Christians going back to the Old Sacrificial System, etc.), and of Faith toward God (refers to Faith toward God in the realm of the Old Testament Way, which God will not accept now inasmuch as Jesus has fulfilled the Old Testament Law), 2 Of the Doctrine of Baptisms (should have been translated, “the Doctrine of Washings”; this concerned the many “washings” contained in the Old Testament Sacrificial System), and of laying on of hands (goes back to the Levitical Offerings of the Old Testament; when the person brought the animal for Sacrifice, he had to lay his hands on the head of the innocent victim, confessing his sins, thereby transferring them to the innocent animal which would be slain [Lev.16:21]), and of Resurrection of the dead (refers to Resurrection as taught in the Old Testament; there, this Doctrine was very incomplete, even as all Doctrine in the Old Testament was incomplete; the true meaning could not be given until after the Cross and the Resurrection of Christ, which the Lord gave to Paul [I Cor., Chpt. 15]), and of Eternal Judgment. (In the Old Testament, the Lord was looked at more so as a Judge than anything else. Since the Cross, He is looked at more as the Saviour.) 3 And this will we do (in other words, if we don’t do this [refers to going on to the perfection of Christ], the results will be disastrous), if God permit. (This refers to the fact that all dependence must be in Christ and the Cross. God will not allow any other type of Faith.) 4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened (refers to those who have accepted the Light of the Gospel, which means accepting Christ and His great Sacrifice), and have tasted of the Heavenly Gift (pertains to Christ and what He did at the Cross), and were made partakers of the Holy Spirit (which takes place when a person comes to Christ), 5 And have tasted the good Word of God (is not language that is used of an impenitent sinner, as some claim; the unsaved have no relish whatsoever for the Truth of God, and see no beauty in it), and the powers of the world to come (refers to the Work of the Holy Spirit within hearts and lives, which the unsaved cannot have or know), 6 If they shall fall away (should have been translated, “and having fallen away”), to renew them again unto Repentance (“again” states they had once repented, but have now turned their backs on Christ); seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh (means they no longer believe what Christ did at the Cross, actually concluding Him to be an imposter; the only way any person can truly repent is to place his Faith in Christ and the Cross; if that is denied, there is no Repentance), and put Him to an open shame (means to hold Christ up to public ridicule; Paul wrote this Epistle because some Christian Jews were going back into Judaism, or seriously contemplating doing so). 7 For the earth which drinks in the rain that comes oft upon it (presents the Apostle using natural things to represent spiritual realities, which is common throughout Scripture), and brings forth herbs (presents the natural result of ground that is properly cultivated and receives rain; there will be a harvest) meet for them by whom it is dressed (received by individuals who do the cultivating of the land, etc.), receives Blessing from God (presents the inevitable result of proper Faith): 8 But that which bears thorns and briers is rejected (this speaks of Believers who have turned their backs on Christ and the Cross, and now bring forth no proper fruit, but rather “thorns and briars”), and is nigh unto cursing (refers to judgment); whose end is to be burned. (This refers to the simple fact that if a person who was once a Believer remains in that state, he will lose his soul.) 9 But, Beloved (presents the fact that these Christian Jews were not only the object of God’s love, but also of Paul’s care and concern), we are persuaded better things of you (he is speaking specifically to those who were seriously contemplating turning their backs on Christ), and things that accompany Salvation (the Blessings which will come if the Believer properly anchors his Faith in Christ and the Cross), though we thus speak. (The Apostle is not speaking from guesswork, but from many years of experience.) 10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love (presents a glorious and wonderful Promise), which you have showed toward His Name (reflects that everything must be done in His Name), in that you have Ministered to the Saints, and do Minister. (The Apostle is telling these Christian Jews to not turn their backs on what they have previously done.) 11 And we desire that every one of you do show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end (don’t stop now!): 12 That you be not slothful (means to be sluggish and lazy toward the things of the Lord), but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the Promises (refers to the Faith worthies of the Old Testament)

Apostasy, what exactly does this Word mean. Well, from the Wikipedia, it means this;
Apostasy in Christianity refers to the rejection of Christianity by someone who formerly was a Christian. The term apostasy comes from the Greek word apostasia ("ἀποστασία") meaning defection, departure, revolt or rebellion. It has been described as "a willful falling away from, or rebellion against, Christianity. Apostasy is the rejection of Christ by one who has been a Christian...."[2] "Apostasy is a theological category describing those who have voluntarily and consciously abandoned their faith in the God of the covenant, who manifests himself most completely in Jesus Christ."[3] "Apostasy is the antonym of conversion; it is deconversion."[1]

According to B. J. Oropeza, the warning passages in the New Testament describe at least three dangers which could lead a Christian to commit apostasy:[4]

Temptations: Christians were tempted to engage in various vices that were a part of their lives before they became Christians (idolatry, sexual immorality, covetousness, etc.).
Deceptions: Christians encountered various heresies and false teachings spread by false teachers and prophets that threatened to seduce them away from their pure devotion to Christ.
Persecutions: Christians were persecuted by the governing powers of the day for their allegiance to Christ. Many Christians were threatened with certain death if they would not deny Christ.
Persecution is highlighted in the Epistle to the Hebrews and the First Epistle of Peter. The issue of false teachers/teachings are found in Johannine and Pauline epistles, and in the Second Epistle of Peter and the Epistle of Jude. A number of sections in the writings of Paul and James focus on vices and virtues. "These and other early texts helped to shape the trajectory of Christian response to the phenomenon of defection in the post-apostolic era. The Christians were to persevere through various types of opposition, standing firm against temptation, false doctrine, hardships and persecution.

Those who chooses to follow and listen to false doctrine, reject Jesus Christ and the Cross, which puts a person’s soul, in a lost state and as we just read in the first part of this study, it makes the individuals to loose their souls to hell, due to rejecting Jesus Christ and the Cross. This not only goes for those have rejected Jesus Christ and the Cross, this also go to those who have never accepted Jesus Christ and the Cross. I am talking about the sinners who refuses to get Saved and the Christians that has turned their backs to God, as well. There is no Salvation in Heaven for any of them. Homosexuals, gays, lesbians, the drunkards, even if its just 1 beer a day, whine as well. The murderers, the cussing souls and any thing else that is not of God, will be rejected, due to the fact that all false things and false activities belong to Satan and of the world and by taking part in those things, rejects Jesus Christ, the Cross and Him Crucified. That brings in Apostasy. If this offends you, great, that means that you have to do some changing in your life, so you can be Saved by God. That is done by Accepting Jesus Christ, the Cross, by Belief and by Faith in God, through Jesus Christ and the Cross, Glory to God. What we have just read in scriptures and with what I have just said, should not be taken lightly. God has placed everything I have said and what is next to come, God placed everything in my heart that God, wants you to know. If you reject me, you then have rejected Jesus Christ, the Cross and Him Crucified, because Jesus Christ, whom is God, resides in me.  Lets move on with GOD’S PROMISE.

GOD’S PROMISE
13 For when God made Promise to Abraham (presents the Patriarch as the most illustrious example of those who “inherit the Promises” [Jn.8:58]), because He (God) could swear by no greater (refers to the solemnity and power of this Promise), He swore by Himself (a guarantee with resources of Heaven behind it that the Promise will be kept), 14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless you (refers to “Justification by Faith,” and is taken from Gen. 22:17), and multiplying I will multiply you. (This refers to his seed becoming a nation, and more importantly, every Believer being a “Child of Promise” [Gal. 4:28].) 15 And so, after he had patiently endured (there’s always a distance between the Promise and the Possession, and that distance is never uneventful), he obtained the Promise. (The immediate meaning was the birth of Isaac. However, the eternal meaning was Justification by Faith, which would come about from Isaac’s seed, Who is Christ [Gal. 3:16].) 16 For men verily swear by the greater (men never swear by one who is inferior to themselves): and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife. (In our modern terminology, this means a contract has been agreed upon and signed by all parties, which ends all strife.) 17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to show unto the heirs of Promise (refers to the Lord working in accordance with this universal custom) the immutability (refers to the fact that God will not change His Position as to His Promise) of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath (refers to the guarantee of the Pledge or Promise): 18 That by two immutable things (they are the Promise to Abraham of the coming Redeemer, and the Oath given as it regards Christ being a Priest forever after the Order of Melchisedec), in which it was impossible for God to lie (refers to the moral impossibility of such), we might have a strong consolation (refers to assurance), who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us (carries the idea of the sinner fleeing to one of the Cities of Refuge in Israel; in effect, he was fleeing to the High Priest who has offered Atonement for him and his sin [Deut. 4:42]; using that as a type, we are to flee as well to our High Priest, the Lord Jesus Christ): 19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast (presents the Apostle changing the illusion from safety in the Cities of Refuge to a ship reaching harbor after a tempestuous voyage, knowing that her anchor is sure and steadfast), and which enters into that within the Veil (refers to the Holy of Holies, which Jesus has entered on our behalf); 20 Whither the Forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus (presents the imagery of the Great Day of Atonement, when the High Priest entered the most Holy Place on behalf of the people; all of that was a Type of Christ, Who has entered the Holiest for us), made an High Priest forever after the order of Melchisedec. (This presents Christ as not in the line of Aaron, but another Order altogether. The old Levitical Order had an ending. This Order has no ending. Christ is an Eternal High Priest.)

God’s promise has been maid for those who have not rejected Jesus Christ and the Cross, as their main focus in their hearts and lives. The promise of God, is not for those who have rejected Him, as we have seen earlier, with the false teachers and preachers, they have already have Apostasy against God, yes, this includes everything I mentioned earlier, and worlds favorite false gospel, tbn. This study will hurt a lot of souls, because they are in the wrong and do not want to hear the Truth, from God’s Word, because of their rejection of Christ and the Cross, which is the Only means of Salvation. No Faith in Jesus Christ and the Cross, equals no Salvation and no Heaven, their only eternal place will be in hell. Once again, the Promises of God, is only for those who are Born Again, means they are Saved by Faith, which equals God’s Grace of Salvation in heaven. Those who are Born Again, are Saved and Baptized by the Holy Ghost, which makes the Contract, between the True Believer, and God, a Promise and is Guaranteed a Life in Heaven and will no longer have to deal with any type of strife. Now, for the Corresponding Scriptures.

Leviticus 16:21 (KJV)
21 And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the Children of Israel, and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat (inasmuch as the blood of bulls and goats could not take away sins [Heb. 10:4], the conscience of the people of Israel was not eased; there was still a nagging knowledge, so to speak, that the sins remained [Heb. 9:9]; this being the case, something else was needed, something visible, which could portray their sins being removed; that which filled this void was the scapegoat), and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness (this “fit man” was one who had been appointed for the occasion):

John 8:58 (KJV)
58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am (in essence He said, “Before Abraham was brought into being, I was eternally existent”; He also said, “Abraham was,” “I am”).

Genesis 22:17 (KJV)
17 That in blessing I will bless you (blessing always refers to increase), and in multiplying I will multiply your seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore (this includes the Church as well, and for all time); and your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies (this speaks of Jesus Christ defeating Satan, and doing so by removing Satan’s legal right to hold man in bondage, which legal right is sin; Jesus did it at the Cross; there the gates of Hell were torn down [Mat. 16:18]);

Matthew 16:18 (KJV)
18 And I say also unto you, That you are Peter (the Lord changed his name from Simon to Peter, which means “a fragment of a rock”), and upon this rock (immovable mass; Jesus is the Living Rock on which the Redeemed as living stones are built; for other foundation can no man lay [I Cor. 3:11]) I will build My Church (the Church belongs to Christ, and He is the Head [Col. 1:18]); and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it (the power of death caused by sin, shall not prevail against it, which victory was won at the Cross [Vss. 21, 24]).

1 Corinthians 3:11 (KJV)
11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid (anything other than the Cross is another foundation and, therefore, unacceptable to the Lord), which is Jesus Christ (Who He is, God manifest in the flesh, and What He did, Redemption through the Cross).

Colossians 1:18 (KJV)
18 And He is the Head of the Body, the Church (the Creator of the world is also Head of the Church): Who is the Beginning (refers to Christ as the Origin or Beginning of the Church), the firstborn from the dead (does not refer to Jesus being Born-Again as some teach, but rather that He was the first to be raised from the dead as it regards the Resurrection, never to die again); that in all things He might have the preeminence. (He is the First and Foremost as it relates to the Church.)

Galatians 4:28 (KJV)
28 Now we (Believers), Brethren, as Isaac was, are the Children of Promise. (The Promise is a picture of the Messiah, Who came through the lineage of Isaac to grant deliverance to people bound in sin.)

Galatians 3:16 (KJV)
16 Now to Abraham and his Seed were the Promises made (to all those who are brought into Salvation by Faith in Christ). He said not, And to Seeds, as of many; but as of One, And to your Seed, which is Christ. (Abraham’s Seed was Christ, and Christ is both God and Man. Therefore, the Covenant cannot be broken.)

Deuteronomy 4:42 (KJV)
42 That the slayer might flee thither, which should kill his neighbour unawares, and hated him not in times past; and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live (not for murderers, but for those who would kill accidentally):

Lets close in Prayer.

Study of the Book of Hebrews Chapter 5 (MELCHISEDEC) Bible Study
[Note to Blog Readers: Expositor’s Notes are in Bold Italic Font]

There are so many souls who Christians that are still Blinded by Satan and can’t see the Truth, because of false doctrine and false bibles. I have talked with a Christian yesterday, and this individual was talking with my wife and I. She said had a lot to say, but, when she was saying that she was taught to never ever to put down another Church, or denomination, or a cult, because it’s wrong. I had to step up to the plate on this. The Truth is and this is what I told her and I am telling you, we are to Judge bad fruit people, that also means that we are to warn you about false doctrines, false religions, false Churches, so you can look at where you are at and see for yourselves, if its really of God or not. This individual committed Spiritual adultery, right off the bat, by saying that we need to keep the ten commandments. Many meeting house’s are in big trouble for this, for committing Spiritual adultery against God. You can’t hang onto Law and Grace at the same time. If you, your meeting house, as known as “Church”, is hanging onto the ten Commandments, “which is Law and Works”, you just have rejected Jesus Christ and the Cross, you have committed, Spiritual adultery. When Jesus Christ died on the Cross at Calvary for sins of the world, He nailed them to the Cross and took it to the Grave with Him. When a sinner comes to Christ, at the foot of the Cross, repents and denies themselves, before the Lord God at the Cross, that person’s sins are Covered and Buried by the Blood of Jesus Christ and God, whom is Jesus Christ, He remembers them no more. You are Born Again and Saved, by the Holy Ghost of God, through Jesus Christ. So there are no more need for Works. The Ten Commandments, does nothing more than show peoples sins, it does not offer up Salvation, because Jesus Christ did not die yet, at that time. The ten Commandments is a great module to follow, but not to hang on to. The reason is this, if your hanging onto the Ten Commandments and you break the Law of Moses, meaning sinning just one time, you are subject to go to hell, when you die, because Jesus Christ as not died yet. I know, what about the thief on the Cross? The one thief, denied Jesus Christ and went to hell, the other, called out to Jesus Christ, just before he died and Accepted Him and Believed in Him and asked to Remember me, in your Kingdom. Jesus Christ answered back and died and prepared a place for the thief, when he died. That is where the New Covenant Law Stared. When Jesus Fulfilled the Law of Moses, which only show’s peoples sins, The New Law replaced it and now, you  need to Believe through Faith, of Jesus Christ, the Cross and Him Crucified. With your Faith and Belief in Jesus Christ and the Cross and in Him Crucified, you then will be Baptized by the Holy Ghost of God and Saved. You at that point, are no longer living in the Bondage of sin, but living by the Grace of God. Once again, if you are hanging onto the Ten Commandments, you are sinning and committing Spiritual Adultery and have rejected, everything that Jesus Christ did for you, at the Cross.
Lets get Started with our Bible Study.

Hebrews 5:1-14 (KJV)
MELCHISEDEC
1 For every High Priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God (“from among men” pertains to the frailty of men), that he may offer both Gifts and Sacrifices for sins (the “Gifts” referred to “Thank-Offerings, while the “Sacrifices” referred to certain animals being offered, all types of Christ): 2 Who can have compassion on the ignorant (refers to having feelings for those on whose behalf he officiates), and on them who are out of the way (refers to those who have sinned, and who know they have sinned); for that He Himself also is compassed with infirmity. (This refers to the condition of all men, even the High Priest in the old Judaistic economy.) 3 And by reason hereof he ought (refers to the very purpose of his office, which is to offer Sacrifice for sins), as for the people (proclaims the High Priest serving as a Mediator), so also for himself, to offer for sins. (This refers to the fact that he was a sinful man as well, and had to offer a Sacrifice even for himself, which would make Atonement that would provide reconciliation with God.) 4 And no man takes this honour unto himself, but he who is called of God, as was Aaron. (Under the Old Law, the only ones who could offer Sacrifices were Priests, who had to be sons of Aaron, and whose order was ordained by God and not man.) 5 So also Christ Glorified not Himself to be made an High Priest (proclaims the fact that this was no personal ambition on the Messiah’s part that resulted in Him becoming a High Priest, but rather the fact that God called Him to that position); but He who said unto Him, You are My Son, today have I begotten You. (The Priesthood of Christ was planned by God from the very beginning, which meant the Incarnation was absolutely necessary.) 6 As He said also in another place (Ps. 110:4), You are a Priest forever after the order of Melchisedec. (This is the distinguishing characteristic of this order of Priesthood, and proclaims it as an Eternal One.) 7 Who in the days of His flesh (proclaims the Incarnation of Christ), when He had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto Him (presents the prayer-life of the Master) Who was able to save Him from death (presents the prayer for Resurrection), and was heard (proclaims the fact that God heard and answered His Prayer) in that He feared (the picture in the word “feared” is that of a cautious taking hold of, and a careful and respectful handling; it is Christ taking into account all things, not only His Own desire, but the Will of the Father); 8 Though He were a Son (stresses Deity, but at the same time the role of Christ as “Son of Man”), yet learned He obedience (doesn’t mean He had to learn to obey, for that would mean He had sinned; it means He actively sought out the path of obedience, and then unfailingly walked therein) by the things which He suffered (concerned the entire course of His Life, but more so the Cross); 9 And being made perfect (refers to being brought to the goal fixed by God, which had to be if He was to be the Perfect Sacrifice), He became the Author of Eternal Salvation (proclaims a perfect Salvation, because He was and is the Perfect Redeemer, because He was the Perfect Sacrifice) unto all them who obey Him (we obey Him by exhibiting Faith in the Cross, which then gives the Holy Spirit latitude to work; this Truth was given to Paul [Rom. 6:3-5, 11, 14; Gal. 1:11-12]); 10 Called of God an High Priest (the Title is conferred on Him by God the Father) after the order of Melchisedec. (Christ was not to be a great High Priest merely for the Jews, but for the Gentiles as well; in order for this to be, His Priesthood would have to rest in something other than the Levitical Order; being after the Order of Melchisedec satisfied both demands, because Melchisedec preceded Israel as a people [Gen. 14:18-20; Ps. 110:4].)

FAITH
11 Of Whom we have many things to say (refers to Christ), and hard to be uttered (his difficulty was in adapting the interpretation to the capacity of his readers), seeing you are dull of hearing. (These Jewish Christians were slow and sluggish regarding their understanding of the teaching of New Testament Truth. This made it difficult to teach them.) 12 For when for the time you ought to be teachers (refers to the fact that they had been saved long enough to be mature in the Word by now), you have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the Oracles of God (pertains to the Old Testament and what it really meant, instead of the way it was being erroneously taken by these Christian Jews); and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat (refers to their lack of maturity). 13 For every one who uses milk (doesn’t refer to one who has just been saved, but rather to those who have been saved for quite some time, and should have advanced in the Word of the Lord) is unskilful in the Word of Righteousness (refers to the benefits of the Cross, from which Righteousness is derived): for he is a babe. (This refers to the individual who does not understand or know all the benefits of what Jesus did at the Cross.) 14 But strong meat belongs to them who are of full age (refers to those mature in the Lord), even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. (Such a person is walking after the Spirit. This refers to placing one’s Faith in the Cross and not after the flesh, the flesh refers to depending on other things [Rom. 8:1-2, 11].)

Psalms 110:4 (KJV)
4 The LORD has sworn, and will not repent, You are a Priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. (This is addressed in Heb. 5:6 and 6:20. Christ is the Eternal Priest. The Priestly “Order of Melchizedek” was different from the Levitical or the Aaronic Priesthood. The Melchizedek Order was eternal, with the Aaronic Order being temporary [Gen. 14:17–20].)

Genesis 14:17-20 (KJV)
17 And the king of Sodom went out to meet him (Abraham) after his return from the slaughter of Chedorlaomer, and of the kings who were with him, at the valley of Shaveh, which is the king’s dale. (As we shall see here, there is no time so dangerous to the Christian as the morrow after a great spiritual victory.) 18 And Melchizedek (this man appears on the scene, who is a King and a Priest and, above all, who is a Type of Christ [Ps. 110:4; Heb. 5:5-6]; some Scholars believe that Melchizedek could actually have been Shem, the son of Noah; Shem was alive at this time, and actually lived for about 60 years more; in fact, some think he died when Abraham was about 150 years of age; his name means, “King of Righteousness” and “King of Peace” [Heb. 7:2]) king of Salem (Jerusalem) brought forth bread and wine (the “bread and wine” symbolize the broken Body and shed Blood of our Lord, which was necessary for the Salvation of mankind [Mat. 26:29; Mk., Chpt. 14; Lk. 22:15; Rom. 8:21]): and he was the Priest of the Most High God. (Melchizedek, as a Priest, symbolized the coming Christ, Who is our Great High Priest [Heb. 7:15-17]. David prophesied, about a thousand years after Abraham, “The Lord has sworn, and will not repent, You [Christ] are a Priest forever after the order of Melchizedek” [Ps. 110:4]. Abraham is here introduced to God by a different name than he had previously known, “El Elyon,” meaning “Most High God.”) 19 And he (Melchizedek) blessed him (Abraham), and said, Blessed be Abram of the Most High God, Possessor of heaven and Earth: (Melchizedek blessing Abraham means that the standing of Melchizedek was greater than that of Abraham. The reason? Melchizedek was a Type of Christ [Heb. 7:4, 7].) 20 And blessed be the Most High God, Who has delivered your enemies into your hand. (We find here that Melchizedek did not come forth when Abraham was in pursuit of Chedorlaomer, but when the king of Sodom was in pursuit of Abraham. This makes a great moral difference. Mackintosh says: “A deeper character of communion was needed to meet the deeper character of conflict.”) And he gave him tithes of all. (This is the first time that “tithes” are mentioned in Scripture. It refers to a tenth part. Abraham paid tithe to Melchizedek, who was a Type of Christ; consequently, Abraham’s children, which make up the Church presently, are to continue to pay tithe to those carrying out the Work of God.)

Matthew 26:29 (KJV)
29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s Kingdom (refers to the coming Kingdom Age).

Romans 6:3-5, 11, 14 (KJV)
3 Know you not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ (plainly says that this Baptism is into Christ and not water [I Cor. 1:17;12:13; Gal. 3:27; Eph. 4:5; Col. 2:11-13]) were baptized into His Death? (When Christ died on the Cross, in the Mind of God, we died with Him; in other words, He became our Substitute, and our identification with Him in His Death gives us all the benefits for which He died; the idea is that He did it all for us!) 4 Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death (not only did we die with Him, but we were buried with Him as well, which means that all the sin and transgression of the past were buried; when they put Him in the Tomb, they put all of our sins into that Tomb as well): that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the Glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life (we died with Him, we were buried with Him, and His Resurrection was our Resurrection to a “Newness of Life”). 5 For if we have been planted together (with Christ) in the likeness of His Death (Paul proclaims the Cross as the instrument through which all Blessings come; consequently, the Cross must ever be the Object of our Faith, which gives the Holy Spirit latitude to work within our lives), we shall be also in the likeness of His Resurrection (we can have the “likeness of His Resurrection,” i.e., “live this Resurrection Life,” only as long as we understand the “likeness of His Death,” which refers to the Cross as the Means by which all of this is done):
11 Likewise reckon (account) you also yourselves to be dead indeed unto (the) sin (while the sin nature is not dead, we are dead unto the sin nature by virtue of the Cross and our Faith in that Sacrifice, but only as long as our Faith continues in the Cross), but alive unto God (living the Resurrection Life) through Jesus Christ our Lord (refers to what He did at the Cross, which is the means of this Resurrection Life).
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you (the sin nature will not have dominion over us if we as Believers continue to exercise Faith in the Cross of Christ; otherwise, the sin nature most definitely will have dominion over the Believer): for you are not under the Law (means that if we try to live this life by any type of law, no matter how good that law might be in its own right, we will conclude by the sin nature having dominion over us), but under Grace (the Grace of God flows to the Believer on an unending basis only as long as the Believer exercises Faith in Christ and what He did at the Cross; Grace is merely the Goodness of God exercised by and through the Holy Spirit, and given to undeserving Saints).

Galatians 1:11-12 (KJV)
REVELATION
11 But I certify you, Brethren (make known), that the Gospel which was Preached of me (the Message of the Cross) is not after man. (Any Message other than the Cross is definitely devised by man.) 12 For I neither received it of man (Paul had not learned this great Truth from human teachers), neither was I taught it (he denies instruction from other men), but by the Revelation of Jesus Christ. (Revelation is the mighty Act of God whereby the Holy Spirit discloses to the human mind that which could not be understood without Divine Intervention.)

Romans 8:1-2, 11 (KJV)
1 There is therefore now no condemnation (guilt) to them which are in Christ Jesus (refers back to Rom. 6:3-5 and our being baptized into His Death, which speaks of the Crucifixion), who walk not after the flesh (depending on one’s personal strength and ability or great religious efforts in order to overcome sin), but after the Spirit (the Holy Spirit works exclusively within the legal confines of the Finished Work of Christ; our Faith in that Finished Work, i.e., “the Cross,” guarantees the help of the Holy Spirit, which guarantees Victory). 2 For the Law (that which we are about to give is a Law of God, devised by the Godhead in eternity past [I Pet. 1:18-20]; this Law, in fact, is “God’s Prescribed Order of Victory”) of the Spirit (Holy Spirit, i.e., “the way the Spirit works”) of Life (all life comes from Christ, but through the Holy Spirit [Jn. 16:13-14]) in Christ Jesus (any time Paul uses this term or one of its derivatives, he is, without fail, referring to what Christ did at the Cross, which makes this “life” possible) has made me free (given me total Victory) from the Law of Sin and Death (these are the two most powerful Laws in the Universe; the “Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus” alone is stronger than the “Law of Sin and Death”; this means that if the Believer attempts to live for God by any manner other than Faith in Christ and the Cross, he is doomed to failure).
11 But if the Spirit (Holy Spirit) of Him (from God) Who raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you (and He definitely does), He Who raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies (give us power in our mortal bodies that we might live a victorious life) by His Spirit Who dwells in you (we have the same Power in us, through the Spirit, that raised Christ from the dead, and is available to us only on the premise of the Cross and our Faith in that Sacrifice).

1 Peter 1:18-20 (KJV)
18 Forasmuch as you know that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold (presents the fact that the most precious commodities [silver and gold] could not redeem fallen man), from your vain conversation (vain lifestyle) received by tradition from your fathers (speaks of original sin that is passed on from father to child at conception);

THE CROSS
19 But with the Precious Blood of Christ (presents the payment, which proclaims the poured out Life of Christ on behalf of sinners), as of a Lamb without blemish and without spot (speaks of the lambs offered as substitutes in the Old Jewish economy; the Death of Christ was not an execution or assassination, but rather a Sacrifice; the Offering of Himself presented a Perfect Sacrifice, for He was Perfect in every respect [Ex. 12:5]): 20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world (refers to the fact that God, in His Omniscience, knew He would create man, man would fall, and man would be redeemed by Christ going to the Cross; this was all done before the Universe was created; this means the Cross of Christ is the Foundation Doctrine of all Doctrine, referring to the fact that all Doctrine must be built upon that Foundation, or else it is specious), but was manifest in these last times for you (refers to the invisible God Who, in the Person of the Son, was made visible to human eyesight by assuming a human body and human limitations),

Exodus 12:5 (KJV)
5 Your lamb shall be without blemish (Christ was without blemish, Who the lamb represented, “holy, harmless, undefiled” — a “lamb without spot” [I Pet. 1:19]), a male of the first year (meant to portray the virile manhood of Christ; in other words, He didn’t die in the throes of old age, but rather in the prime of manhood): you shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats (the “goats” then represented were different from our goats presently; then they were very similar to the sheep, actually, with their long flowing mane, even more beautiful than the sheep):

John 16:13-14 (KJV)
13 Howbeit when He, the Spirit of Truth, is come (which He did on the Day of Pentecost), He will guide you into all Truth (if our Faith is properly placed in Christ and the Cross, the Holy Spirit can then bring forth Truth to us; He doesn’t guide into some truth, but rather “all Truth”): for He shall not speak of Himself (tells us not only What He does, but Whom He represents); but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak (doesn’t refer to lack of knowledge, for the Holy Spirit is God, but rather He will proclaim the Work of Christ only): and He will show you things to come (pertains to the New Covenant, which would shortly be given). 14 He shall glorify Me (will portray Christ and what Christ did at the Cross for dying humanity): for He shall receive of Mine (the benefits of the Cross), and shall show it unto you (which He did, when He gave these great Truths to the Apostle Paul [Rom., Chpts. 6-8, etc. Refer back to these Studies on our Blog.]).

1 Corinthians 1:17 (KJV)
17 For Christ sent me not to baptize (presents to us a Cardinal Truth), but to preach the Gospel (the manner in which one may be Saved from sin): not with wisdom of words (intellectualism is not the Gospel), lest the Cross of Christ should be made of none effect. (This tells us in no uncertain terms that the Cross of Christ must always be the emphasis of the Message.)

1 Corinthians 12:13 (KJV)
13 For by one Spirit (the Holy Spirit Alone does this) are we all baptized into one Body (at Salvation, the Holy Spirit Baptizes the Believing sinner into the Body of Christ, which is the Born-Again experience; it doesn’t refer to Water Baptism), whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free (all must come in the same manner, “by and through Jesus Christ and what He did for us at the Cross”); and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. (The Holy Spirit is the agent Who affects the work of Redemption carried out in our lives, which is made possible by the Death, Burial, Resurrection, Ascension, and Exaltation of Christ.)

Ephesians 4:5 (KJV)
5 One Lord (Jesus Christ), one Faith (what He did at the Cross), one Baptism (our Salvation, referring to Believers Baptized into Christ, which was done at the Cross; it has nothing to do with Water Baptism [Rom. 6:3-5]),

Colossians 2:11-13 (KJV)
11 In Whom also you are circumcised with the Circumcision made without hands (that which is brought about by the Cross [Rom. 6:3-5]), in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the Circumcision of Christ (refers to the old carnal nature that is defeated by the Believer placing his Faith totally in the Cross, which gives the Holy Spirit latitude to work): 12 Buried with Him in Baptism (does not refer to Water Baptism, but rather to the Believer baptized into the death of Christ, which refers to the Crucifixion and Christ as our substitute [Rom. 6:3-4]), wherein also you are risen with Him through the Faith of the operation of God, Who has raised Him from the dead. (This does not refer to our future physical Resurrection, but to that spiritual Resurrection from a sinful state into Divine Life. We died with Him, we are buried with Him, and we rose with Him [Rom. 6:3-5], and herein lies the secret to all Spiritual Victory.) 13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh (speaks of spiritual death [i.e., “separation from God”], which sin does!), has He quickened together with Him (refers to being made spiritually alive, which is done through being “Born-Again”), having forgiven you all trespasses (the Cross made it possible for all manner of sins to be forgiven and taken away);

Study of the Book of Hebrews Chapter 4 ( UNBELIEF) Bible Study
[Note to Blog Readers:Expositor’s Notes are in Bold Italic Font]

We will be Live on Skype This Saturday and would love to invite you all to join us, as we go through the Word of God. Times and dates subject to change,if you wish to join us. If you have me on Facebook? Inbox me. We will have discussions about what we have read and any other questions, about God, the Bible, or questions about life issues, are all welcome. God is here for you and so are we. Lets get started.

Hebrews 4:1-16 (KJV)
UNBELIEF
1 Let us (modern Believers) therefore fear (refers to the fact that Salvation can be lost if the Believer ceases to believe), lest, a Promise being left us of entering into His rest (the Promise of Salvation), any of you should seem to come short of it. (This proves it is possible for such to be done, which means the loss of the soul.) 2 For unto us was the Gospel Preached, as well as unto them (there is only one Gospel, and that is “Jesus Christ and Him Crucified”): but the Word preached did not profit them (if the Cross is abandoned as the Object of Faith, Christ will profit no one anything [Gal. 5:2]), not being mixed with Faith in them who heard it. (The Israelites had Faith, but not in the right object. It must be Faith in Christ and the Cross, or it’s not valid Faith.) 3 For we which have believed do enter into rest (proclaims unequivocally that Faith is the key, but let it be understood that it’s Faith in Christ and the Cross), as He said, As I have sworn in My wrath, if they shall enter into My rest (the condition is Faith): although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. (This refers to this great Plan of Salvation through Christ and the Cross having been formulated even before the world was created [I Pet. 1:18-20].) 4 For He (God) spoke in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise (Gen. 2:3), And God did rest the seventh day from all His Works. (God ceased from the Work of Creation simply because the Creation was finished.) 5 And in this place again (Ps. 95:7-11), If they shall enter into My rest (conditions are to be met). 6 Seeing therefore it remains that some must enter therein (speaks of the New Covenant and the Church), and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief (proclaims from Verse 2 that the Israelites of Old had the same Gospel preached unto them as we do, but to no avail): 7 Again, He (God) limited a certain day (proclaims in no uncertain terms that even though the Call of God is unlimited, the opportunity to accept that Call is definitely limited), saying in David, Today, after so long a time (the Holy Spirit said “today” then, and He is continuing to say “today” at present, referring to the fact that tomorrow may be too late); as it is said, Today if you will hear His Voice, harden not your hearts (once again refers to unbelief). 8 For if Jesus (should have been translated, “Joshua”) had given them Rest (refers to the fact that even though Joshua was able to lead Israel into the land of Canaan by the Power of the Holy Spirit, this was only a symbol of the True Rest which was to come, namely the Lord Jesus Christ), then would He (God) not afterward have spoken of another day (meaning the Law could not bring about what was desired, but definitely did point to that which was to come, namely the Lord Jesus Christ). 9 There remains (what the Law couldn’t do, Christ would do) therefore a Rest to the People of God. (This is found only in Christ and through what He did at the Cross, to which everything in the Old Testament pointed.) 10 For he who is entered into His (God’s) Rest (due to what Christ did at the Cross, anyone can enter into this “Rest”), he also has ceased from his own works (we enter in by Faith, which refers to Faith in Christ and what He did at the Cross), as God did from His. (God rested on the seventh day when Creation was finished. And we can Rest in Christ because the Plan of Redemption is finished, of which God’s Rest was a type.) 11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that Rest (could be translated, “let us hasten therefore to enter into that Rest”), lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. (This tells us that the root cause of the “fall” of any Believer is unbelief, and it refers to unbelief in the Cross, which was the True Mission of Christ.) 12 For the Word of God is quick (alive), and powerful (active, energizing), and sharper than any two-edged sword (refers to the ability of the Word of God to “probe”), piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow (doesn’t mean the dividing asunder of soul from spirit or joints from marrow, but rather that the Word of God pierces the soul and the spirit, adequately proclaiming what man ought to be and can only be in Christ; as well, the Word of God portrays to us the Holy Spirit and His Power, and proclaims the fact that He Alone can “quicken our mortal bodies” [Rom. 8:11], which refers to giving us power to yield this physical body to that which is Righteous [Rom. 6:12-13]), and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (carries the idea of “sifting out and analyzing evidence”). 13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight (refers to God as the Creator of all things): but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do (to Whom we must give account).

HIGH PRIEST
14 Seeing then that we have a Great High Priest (Christ acts on our behalf to God), Who is passed into the Heavens (has to do with a legal process), Jesus the Son of God (presents the fact that Jesus is not only man, but is God as well), let us hold fast our profession. (Let us hold fast to Christ and the Cross, which was necessary for our Lord to be our High Priest.) 15 For we have not an High Priest Who cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities (being Very Man as well as Very God, He can do such); but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin (His temptation, and ours as well, was to leave the prescribed Will of God, which is the Word of God; but He never did, not even one time.) 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the Throne of Grace (presents the Seat of Divine Power, and yet the Source of boundless Grace), that we may obtain Mercy (presents that which we want first), and find Grace to help in time of need (refers to the Goodness of God extended to all who come, and during any “time of need”; all made possible by the Cross).

Galatians 5:2 (KJV)
2 Behold (“mark my words!”), I Paul say unto you (presents the Apostle’s authority regarding the Message he brings), that if you be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. (If the Believer goes back into Law, and Law of any kind, what Christ did at the Cross on our behalf will profit us nothing. One cannot have it two ways.)

1 Peter 1:18-20 (KJV)
18 Forasmuch as you know that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold (presents the fact that the most precious commodities [silver and gold] could not redeem fallen man), from your vain conversation (vain lifestyle) received by tradition from your fathers (speaks of original sin that is passed on from father to child at conception);

Genesis 2:3 (KJV)
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all His Work which God created and made (the Sabbath, or seventh day, or Saturday, the last day of the week, is meant by God to be a Type of the Salvation Rest which one finds in Christ; that’s the reason it was a part of the Ten Commandments).

Psalms 95:7-11 (KJV)
7 For He is our God; and we are the people of His Pasture, and the sheep of His Hand. Today if you will hear His Voice (this Passage is quoted in Hebrews 3:7–11 and 4:7; what a privilege to say, “He is our God” and that “we are the people of His Pasture”; as well, the expression, “the sheep of His Hand,” refers to our being made by Him; it has a far greater meaning than if a shepherd purchases sheep; in this instance, it means that God created the sheep — “the sheep of His Hand”; accordingly, we are admonished to “hear His Voice,” the voice of the Shepherd), 8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness (the wilderness was a proving time for Israel; regrettably, they failed!): 9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work. (Israel tempted the Lord in the wilderness, and refused to believe, even though they “saw His Work.”) 10 Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people who do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways (Israel challenged God to provide a table for them in the desert and, when it was provided, declared that Pharaoh’s was better, so they desired to appoint a captain to return to Egypt! [Num. 14:3–4]): 11 Unto whom I swore in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest. (The greatest sin of all just may be the sin of faithlessness. The entire fabric of the Plan of God demands Faith. Men forsake God because they don’t believe God. In the Wilderness, Israel showed unbelief. They died because of that unbelief and “could not enter into God’s rest.”)

Numbers 14:3-4 (KJV)
3 And wherefore has the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt? (God is now blamed, whereas before they had only blamed Moses and Aaron.) 4 And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt. (Pulpit says, “Nothing less than an entire and deliberate revolt was involved in the wish to elect a captain for themselves, for the Lord was the Captain of this host [Josh. 5:14-15]. The proposal to depose Him, and to choose another in His place, marked the extremity of the unbelief, and the ingratitude of the people.”)

Joshua 5:14-15 (KJV)
14 And He (the Lord) said, No; but as Captain of the Host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto Him, What says my Lord unto His servant? (Joshua then recognized Him as the Lord. Concerning this, Williams says, “An absolute condition of victory is full surrender to Christ as Lord. He must be accepted as Captain, be permitted to plan, and be fully obeyed.”) 15 And the Captain of the LORD’s Host said unto Joshua, Loose your shoe from off your foot; for the place whereon you stand is Holy. And Joshua did so. (The demand that the shoes be removed from Joshua’s feet, and the removal of those shoes, guaranteed that He Who now spoke to Joshua was a Divine Person, actually, as stated, a pre-incarnate appearance of Christ. The removal of the shoes in essence indicated that Joshua was giving up all ownership and leadership, thereby giving Christ total control. We have four steps to victory here:
1. The death of self — Circumcision;
2. Testimony to the Blood of the Lamb — Passover;
3. Feeding on the Word of God — old corn of the land; and,
4. Subjection to Christ as Lord — pulling off the shoes.)

Romans 8:11 (KJV)
11 But if the Spirit (Holy Spirit) of Him (from God) Who raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you (and He definitely does), He Who raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies (give us power in our mortal bodies that we might live a victorious life) by His Spirit Who dwells in you (we have the same Power in us, through the Spirit, that raised Christ from the dead, and is available to us only on the premise of the Cross and our Faith in that Sacrifice).

Romans 6:12-13 (KJV)
SANCTIFICATION
12 Let not sin (the sin nature) therefore reign (rule) in your mortal body (showing that the sin nature can once again rule in the heart and life of the Believer, if the Believer doesn’t constantly look to Christ and the Cross; the “mortal body” is neutral, which means it can be used for Righteousness or unrighteousness), that you should obey it in the lusts thereof (ungodly lusts are carried out through the mortal body, if Faith is not maintained in the Cross [I Cor. 1:17-18]). 13 Neither yield you your members (of your mortal body) as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin (the sin nature): but yield yourselves unto God (we are to yield ourselves to Christ and the Cross; that alone guarantees Victory over the sin nature), as those who are alive from the dead (we have been raised with Christ in “Newness of Life”), and your members as instruments of Righteousness unto God (this can be done only by virtue of the Cross and our Faith in that Finished Work, and Faith which continues in that Finished Work from day-to-day [Lk. 9:23-24]).

1 Corinthians 1:17-18 (KJV)
17 For Christ sent me not to baptize (presents to us a Cardinal Truth), but to preach the Gospel (the manner in which one may be Saved from sin): not with wisdom of words (intellectualism is not the Gospel), lest the Cross of Christ should be made of none effect. (This tells us in no uncertain terms that the Cross of Christ must always be the emphasis of the Message.)

WISDOM
18 For the preaching (Message) of the Cross is to them who perish foolishness (Spiritual things cannot be discerned by unredeemed people, but that doesn’t matter; the Cross must be preached just the same, even as we shall see); but unto us who are Saved it is the Power of God. (The Cross is the Power of God simply because it was there that the total sin debt was paid, giving the Holy Spirit, in Whom the Power resides, latitude to work mightily within our lives.)

Luke 9:23-24 (KJV)
DISCIPLESHIP
23 And He said to them all, If any man will come after Me (the criteria for Discipleship), let him deny himself (not asceticism as many think, but rather that one denies one’s own willpower, self-will, strength, and ability, depending totally on Christ), and take up his cross (the benefits of the Cross, looking exclusively to what Jesus did there to meet our every need) daily (this is so important, our looking to the Cross; that we must renew our Faith in what Christ has done for us, even on a daily basis, for Satan will ever try to move us away from the Cross as the Object of our Faith, which always spells disaster), and follow Me (Christ can be followed only by the Believer looking to the Cross, understanding what it accomplished, and by that means alone [Rom. 6:3-5, 11, 14; 8:1-2, 11; I Cor. 1:17-18, 21, 23; 2:2; Gal. 6:14; Eph. 2:13-18; Col. 2:14-15]). 24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it (try to live one’s life outside of Christ and the Cross): but whosoever will lose his life for My Sake, the same shall save it (when we place our Faith entirely in Christ and the Cross, looking exclusively to Him, we have just found “more Abundant Life” [Jn. 10:10]).

John 10:10 (KJV)
10 The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy (speaks of Satan and his emissaries who peddle a false way of Salvation): I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly (the Source of this “Life” is Christ; all true Believers have such; however, all true Believers enjoy such only by constant Faith in Christ and the Cross).

I can tell you who will not make it to Heaven, due to souls who don’t Believe in Jesus Christ and the Cross. First would be the Atheist’s, they do not Believe in God at all and in Jesus Christ, whom is God. They will be going to hell for “UNBELIEF”.
I know that I probably get a lot of grief for this, but the Truth has to be told, but it will set you free.

The Morman’s will be going to hell, for believing in other things, which would reject Jesus Christ and the Cross. I will give you an example of what they believe.

1. What Do Mormons Believe: Life After Death. The Mormon church maintains that although there is temporary punishment for those that are most wicked, Jesus Christ will establish a new kingdom that will consist of three levels: the celestial kingdom, the terrestrial kingdom, and the telestial kingdom.

2. What Do Mormons Believe: The Nature of Jesus Christ
The Mormon church views Jesus and Satan as spirit brothers and sons of God.5 God put forth His plan of salvation for the world, and Satan proposed his own plan. Jesus accepted the Father's plan and offered to implement it as the Savior.6 The Father chose Jesus, and the spirit of Jesus was given a body through the virgin Mary.7 He was crucified on a Roman cross, and rose from the dead three days later to establish His deity. The character and life of Jesus is attainable by anyone who performs at such a righteous level.

3. They don’t only use a Bible, but they use a Morman book.
All that I listed, is only a few examples of what will send them to hell and using another book that is not of God and believing in it, is sin and will keep them out of Heaven. The Book they need, is the Holy Bible, the King James. They Believe in other things, which rejects Jesus Christ and the Cross. What about the Catholic’s? What are the few examples of their false Belief’s?

1. The Roman Catholic Church claim to have power over the Bible and authority to change it when they see fit.

2. The Roman Catholic Church teach that the Priests literally bring down Christ Jesus into the bread and wine of Mass. "It is by the conversion of the bread and wine into Christ's body and blood that Christ BECOMES PRESENT in this sacrament ... By the consecration the transubstantiation of the bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Christ is brought about. Under the consecrated species of bread and wine Christ himself, living and glorious, is present in a true, real and substantial manner ... In this divine sacrifice which is celebrated in the Mass, the SAME Christ who offered himself once in a bloody manner on the altar of the cross IS CONTAINED and offered in an unbloody manner."

3. The Roman Catholic Church teach that all sins MUST be confessed to a Catholic Priest.

"One who desires to obtain reconciliation with God and with the Church, must confess to a priest ... Confession to a priest is an essential part of the sacrament of Penance."

Everything mentioned in the Catholic Beliefs, will send them to hell, especially with number 3, you Only need to confess to Jesus Christ, whom is God, all of your sins to Him and He will forgive those with an sincere heart.

Church of Christ. 1. They Believe in Baptismo Regeneration, which is Works and a sin. They Believe that you have to be Baptized by Water, to be Saved.

HEAR

BELIEVE

REPENT

CONFESS

BAPTISM (uh oh! This is damnable heresy!)

Water baptism is NOT required for Biblical salvation!
Faith in Christ ALONE equals salvation!

Faith in Christ PLUS anything equals hell!

2. They use false bibles, like the N.I.V. which I call, the hiv, they do not use the True Gospel, the King James, which is the Only Bible in the world. Anything that is printed after the King James, is nothing more than a paraphraze and false doctrines.

3. I think there was enough said.

One more, then we will move on. What about the Seventh-Day Adventist?

1. Adventists Teach Salvation by Works! "In article 9 (of 'What Seventh-Day Adventists Believe'), it says, 'that those who are truly converted and love God will diligently study, and give heed to, His Word.'  And they give eight Scripture references and none of them say anything like that.  The simple truth is that people who are converted do not always 'diligently study' the Bible and do not always obey it in many matters.  This is a part of the doctrine of salvation by works which they teach, and that one may keep saved by keeping on working." 'Those who accept the Saviour, however sincere their conversion, should never be taught to say or to feel that they are saved.  This is misleading.  Every one should be taught to cherish hope and faith; but even when we give ourselves to Christ and know that He accepts us, we are not beyond the reach of temptation ... Only he who endures the trial will receive the crown of life."

2. Baptismal Regeneration

3. Seventh-Day Adventists Condemn Themselves by Their Own Words!

WHAT ADVENTISM TEACHES: The SDA doctrine of salvation documented. Consider carefully the following Seventh-day Adventist statements relative to salvation. While professing to uphold salvation by grace alone through faith alone, they actually redefine this contrary to Apostolic revelation. The result is a false gospel that subtly mixes grace and law.

There are so many more to warn you about, but we will stop here.

Each one listed up above, is in “Danger” of going to hell, unless each one turns away from false doctrines and turn to the King James Bible and Believes in Jesus Christ, the Cross and Him Crucified. That is the Only way of being Baptized by the Holy Ghost and to be Saved, Works will not cut it. Each one listed, equals “UNBELIEF”, of Jesus Christ, the Cross and in Him Crucified.
Unbelief, takes the person out of the hands of God and becomes unsaved and will lose their Salvation. You must make the Cross the Object of your Faith and belief and of what Jesus Christ did at the Cross, in order to be Saved, anything other than that, is sin.
If you desire to come to God and get Saved? All you need to do is to accept Jesus Christ into your heart and Believe in Him, in the Cross and Him Crucified and you will be Saved and guaranteed Salvation in Heaven, no Works needed, due to the fact that Jesus Christ already did the Works, there is only Rest for you, when you enter the presents of God, the Holy Ghost.
Come and repent to God and deny yourselves at the Cross and give all your worry’s, all your troubles, all your stress, all your anxieties, all your sins, all your weaknesses, anything that is troubling you and God will give you rest. All your fears of any kind, will be gone. Where God is, Satan cannot and never will be. You will feel and be safe, in the Arms of God Almighty.
If you wish to be Saved, or maybe you are Saved and you just want to be sure your Heaven Bound? Then say this Prayer out loud, repeat it a million of times, if you need to. When you read this, you must Believe what you are reading, because if you don’t, then you will be reading it in vein and God will not hear or answer you. You should always Pray, with a sincere heart unto our Lord God and He will Save you. Saying this Prayer will not Save you, unless you Believe in what you have read.

"DEAR GOD IN HEAVEN, I COME TO YOU TODAY AS A LOST SINNER." "I AM ASKING YOU THAT YOU SAVE MY SOUL AND CLEANSE ME FROM ALL SIN."
